DELIVERY 

Standard UK delivery charge is £2.50 per order

For Overseas delivery A SMALL HANDLING FEE CHARGE APPLIES, please choose your country from the drop down list in the shopping cart. 

items are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and should arrive within 3-5 working days.  Please note that a signature will be required on delivery.  Alternatively, your items can be delivered to your workplace or another address for your convenience and includes complimentary Gift Wrapping.

 

We endeavour to hold a sufficient level of stock at all times but on occasion sales may be higher than we anticipate.  Should this cause any delay to your order we will notify you as soon as possible.  For this reason we ask for a contact email address and telephone number when placing your order.  You will receive an email notification once your order has been despatched.  If you have not received your goods within 7 working days, please contact us on (01239) 811 678 or by clicking on the "Contact Us" page.  The Royal Mail classifies goods as lost after 20 working daysWe therefore cannot offer refund/exchange until such time has elapsed.

 

Returns Policy

We hope that you will love your purchases, however, if for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchases please return them to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.  Item(s) must be returned in the condition in which they were received and be in their original packaging.  Under current Health & Hygiene regulations we are not able to offer refund/exchange on piercings.  Please email us and state your order number, name and reason for refund/exchange. 

We aim to reply within 2 days of receipt of your email.

Please ensure that your name, address, order number, invoice number are included in the parcel.

Postage will only be refunded for the return of faulty goods.  We suggest that you use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery to ensure delivery is confirmed as we cannot accept any responsibility for any items lost in transit.  (Please note that proof of postage is not proof of delivery).  For all returns except where the item is faulty, it is the customer's responsibility to arrange postal payment for the return of the item.

Any items returned outside the 14 days and not in satisfactory condition and not in original packaging will be returned to you.
